Hey @Cosmic91,when will you release the next update? Can't wait to see the full game !

This kind of block seems can't be broken,I think the author use these blocks to keep you away from the unfinished areas.

Thank you,one of my friends tells me that the ghost boss break a wall with dark magic,but I don't except she can clear a way to the sword alter in this way.

So.....I use Bayonet's double jump to jump over these walls.It's a glitch I think.....because I don't always succeed

Use fire magic clear the ghost at there,and then a Purple Crystal will appear,you can use this Crystal to go to the Sky Island,where there are many portals

Edit: There are some other places like the picture below,where there are four yellow stones on the ground,if you clear the enemies around these four stones,the Purple Crystal will appear.

PS:With the old book,you will find a portal to the "???" area at the Sky Island,that's where you need to go next.

And....be careful,the "???" area(actually,its name is "the City of Mist") is VERY dangerous,prepare your ammo from the cat boy,buy many Druid Potions and "Fire ball" magic and other "anti-ghost" items(you will need it,trust me), Collect items from the world as much as you can,and the most important:Copy your save file as a backup,there is no way back since you enter the City of Mist until the end of this demo.

How do you run out of the apartment without beating her? She block all the way out with angry faced walls

Emmmm,where did you beat her ? Ad did you use that Katana beat her?

The author says that I need to beat her after I get the Katana,but I use many many fireballs beat her....

Dame......I forget where is the key.Try to explore every unexplored area in Forest Sanctuary....

No,it's not a glitch,you need to find her again in that apartment and talk to her,and give her your old book,and after that she will allow you to leave the house.

PS: I find that phantasma ghost again at the place where I beat her,hope that can help you.

Hope @Kosmic91 can add a NPC who can give you tips about

 uncollected items (like the Phoenotopia:Awakening ).

So sad......I can't get the "Full collection rewards" from the cat girl.

I remember you said I can't obtain 2 chests if I beat the Siren ghost without going to the sword alter first,and you also said that block need to be broken by dark magic........so where can I find the dark magic ?

And don't worry about me,I have a back-up save file before I trigger the Serin ghost battle.

Go find the cat boy,He will sell weapon repair tools.But he will only sell that tool at the "Ship Graveyard".

@Kosmic91,ahhh.....,as you can see I restart a new game file and I'm at the Unknown Area now,and I haven't trigger the Serin ghost battle.So now,how can I open this barrier ？

I use Bayonet's double jump and successfully jump over the first barrier ,but I can't use the same way to jump over the second and the third barrier,is that a bug?

And what should I do next ?

Damn! The Harpy ghost appear and attack me when I try to leave the apartment,but Damn!!!!I think that attack is supposed to kill me and trigger  something.But I was always using CE(cheat engine) to expand my Max HP, so that attack didn't kill me,and I was scared and  leave the apartment,after that each time I try to re-enter the apartment,the Harpy ghost will appear and play a attack animation,then my character becomes uncontrollable.

So I have no choice but to restart a new save file without CE,and it's all my fault to use CE.

Now I'm at the beginning of city of mist again(new save file),and I still has question:1.How to break the force field between the city of mist and the pyre woods?2.The Harpy(not good at talk,but friendly) at a small wood house in the city of mist gives me a Eclipse,what its usage?3.How to kill,or,escape from Snipers?

And do you have any idea about this four-yellow-switches puzzle ?

I remember in the Forest Sanctuary,there is a tip saying "The youngest at front,the oldest at back,the middle two are at shadows",does that tip has any relationship with this puzzle ?

Edit:I labeled these four switches as No.1,No.2,No.3 and No.4,After trying numbers with different combinations,I finally hit on the solution,but I still don't know why that combination could work.

And after that I beat the Harpy ghost,then I get stuck at the Unknown area,there are some stones which block my way.

emmmm,@Kosmic91,I have killed the bosses of the ship graveyard,and help the cat boy to get into the door at ship graveyard,and I get the book.Then I go back to cat girl's home,and buy some items from cat boy,and after that,the cat boy disappear,cat girl says he is collecting sth in village but I can't find him,he just disappear !

By the way,I have cleared the Forest Sanctuary and now I'm in the city of mist.

So,Where could I find the cat boy now ?Many thanks~~~~~

emmm,can you open this switch at Seiryu Land ? I can;t open it by attack,is that a bug ?Do you have the same situation ?

OK,I just exit that tunnel and get a shotgun there,after you exit that tunnel from a old house in village ruins,a kitsune will appear at that old house,talk to her,she will give you 30 lanterns,which can be used to kill ghosts,clear the ghosts at the village square,a new  teleport point will appear,it will lead you to a land at sky

Oh,by the way,the special fishing spot with jumping fish is not shown at the map,so you'd better search carefully

By the way,the ghost girl in that tunnel will chase to attack you,her attack will cause you become "Cursed",during that time,you can't attack or dash,remember that!

Did you get a fishing rod and a lure (You can buy fishing rod from a Druid Merchant at the Pyre Woods in the Shrine,and you can find a lure at fishing boy's house),then search for  fishing spots and go fishing there,and collect any chest you can find at fishing spots.Then, at a special fishing spots,you can find some "jumping fish"(I call them jumping fish because they will jump at water if you try to get them) and a chest,get the chest,open it,you will get a "tunnel key",then go back to the Village Ruins,there is a stone pillar with keyhole,use the tunnel key to open it.

You will find many ghost hands and a ghost girl in that tunnel,they are all invincible (may be you can kill them by magic skill,maybe,I never try.....),just rush to the right,and push the pillars there to get in,then you will go back to a house at Village Ruins.

OK,that's all I can tell you now,I love this game,but I don't have much time to play it(because I'm a Deep-Learning programmer,also a student,my lecture always get some work for me to finish.....)

Now I'm in a room with a door "missing a handle" in the ship graveyard.I think I should get the handle to leave that room,but I don't know how to do,would mind to do me a favor?

Thank you Kosmic91~~~~~I find a tunnel key by fishing and use it to open the tunnel of the Ruined Village,and there are a ghost girl and plenty of ghost hands waiting for me......

I find and open 2 chestes there,but find no way to explore that tunnel......

what should I do now ?

"If I beat the Ship Graveyard I will not be able to enter shrine at night",OK,I will keep it in mind.

So,what's my current goal?Find item to kill ghosts?Or find the fishing spots?

Although I have meet the Rune and find the way to leave Ship Graveyard,but there are still some rooms I can't reach in the Ship Graveyard......so I actually just "leave" the Ship Graveyard,not "beat"

By the way,there is a room full of ghosts in the ship graveyard,and a sign nearby says "Lost souls wander in the dark without rest,they must be shown the light",what is this means ?I try to use match to them but it not working.....QAQ

By the way,sometimes I find game stucked when I click "returning to the desktop without saving"

Hello  Kosmic91!I just download the game and play it for a whole afternoon,I find the game excellent-----pixel art,RPG,adventure,puzzle solving!!!!(remind me of the time I playing castlevania and Metroid) But now I get stuck,you see,I have just exit the "ship graveyard",then,I found myself losing the goal,I don't know what to do and where to go next,I go back to check the ship graveyard but find nothing except some place and treasure I can't reach(And I have also  tried to hit the "angry face" switchs to find new way but failed....may be I should come back with "Double jump" ?),I go back to the other islands but find nothing,either.

So,would you mind to help me and give me some tips ? Thanks a lot !!!!

By the way,is there any way to go back to the shrine ?

And,......I'm a Chinese,so....my English might be not so good.....

My game version is v2.2.1.
